July 11 House for SaleWe are selling our home in S. CA. do to the relocation to Seattle area. You can see the listing in several locations as well as pictures that I will be adding to this site.
We just "finished" the house for all intents and purposes (yes, my wife loves me for this). This is a great neighborhood and location for families. Just down the street from two community parks, the pool and near Temeku Hills golf course. Schools are Rancho Elementary, Margarita Middle, and Chaparral High. April 10 Talking about The Pilgrims and Plymouth Colony:1620After three more days of exploring the Plymouth area, they decided upon Plymouth as the most favorable location -- because it had a fair brook that ran under a high hill on which they could build a gun platform for their protection. I was working on my genealogy today and traced part of my family back to Ireland and from there to Plymouth 18 years after the Plymouth Colony expedition. I think it is amazing to think back about those who came before, their sacrifices and accomplishments. Once you link into a era it is amazing with the internet sources available to be able to pull together what life was like, who was there and the constant search for freedom and opportunity. Now through the free interchange of information and ideas enabled by the Internet we can rapidly delve into our personal history. |
