For Christmas we bought our boys matching Piranha paintball setups.  Nothing high-end but nice little markers to start with.  Anyhow, one of them out of the box was missing some pieces (my guess is that it was bought and returned and worse than that it was leaking gas.  I hopped on-line and emailed support about the missing parts, they asked for registration info and bingo sent the parts.  When we attached gas and found the system leaked I hopped back into mail and worked back and forth on here is what we saw, what I had tried etc and they started sending me parts to get it right.  Today the magic part arrive and while it took a few weeks to resolve, these guys stuck with it and made sure we were operational.  I have to say that overall I am impressed with PMI and the long-time that they have been there supporting the sport and bringing a complete line of gear together.  But now, I am additionally impressed with the fact that these guys made sure we ended up with working equipment.
